Default How to control aggression factor?

Aggression is too high on flop, too low on turn and way to low on the river, any insights to this?

My game is card runners style, cbet alot, double barrel sometimes, although obviously Im missing something important.

Is my low aggression factor on the turn and river a sign that Im not bluffing enough and hence not getting enough value out of my good hands and not stealing enough on the river?

Should I be double barreling the majority of hands? If I do that my turn aggression goes up, but my river aggression stays the same or goes down because Im checking my marginal hands turned bluff catcher and Im checking almost all of my bluffs because 3 barreling never seems to work(or its stuck in my mind).

Basically I want to raise my aggression factor without turning into a predictable spew monkey. Any suggestions?

Use your stats to find leaks. Don't go crazy trying to adjust them so that they look good. It's not going to make you anymore money.

I want to change it because I suck at poker and good players always say aggression wins the most money..

I feel like Im missing some key concept on turn and river play.

aggression is good but you need to understand why it is, it's not aggression for aggression's sake.

this might help

Just trying to play to copy the CR-peoples stats is focusing on the wrong things and will not make you any money I guess..

Aggression factor doesn't really have that much to do with aggression. Aggression factors as computed by PT are simply the the ratio of bets to calls globally or on a given street. If you never call on a particular street your aggression factor is going to be high (even if you don't bet that much either). Also, sometimes you are being aggressive on a particular street by calling; floating a c-bet to take the pot away on the turn for instance. If you float more often your flop aggression factor will go down and your turn aggression factor will probably go up.

You probably call down too light and/or don't value bet enough.
