Default As usual, trouble spot with TT

PokerStars $11 STT, Big Bling is t50

SB (t1317)
BB (t1265)
UTG (t2615)
UTG+1 (t845)
MP1 (t2845)
MP2 (t1605)
Hero (t1800)
Button (t1208)

Preflop: Hero is CO with T[[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]], T[[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]].
<font color="Gray">4 folds</font>, <font color="Red">Hero raises to t150</font>, <font color="Red">Button raises to t500</font>, <font color="Gray">2 folds</font>, Hero ???

No specific reads, other than he has been fairly inactive, and has no reason to think of me as an aggressive blind stealer except for the fact im opening from CO.

I think I am behind to a bigger pair more than im ahead of a smaller one, based mostly on the fact that pairs smaller than TT will generally just push here. I also think AQ- does. To me, this is JJ+ or AK. Anyone make a different read? Action?
