2+2er calls my "resteal" of UTG raise on the bubble with QJo

This is on the bubble of the $10r. Neither villain or I had been particularly active recently. I assume he doesn't call a random player here. I don't think I would resteal an UTG raise with junk with these stack sizes. Wasn't sure if this belonged here, MTT, or MTTC.
