I'd just call. I tend to respect river CR's by unknowns until they give me reason to believe otherwise.

Probably, but maybe not. It's 25NL, occasionally you see all sorts of ridiculous lines with sets.

Indeed. Checkout this set line I saw at .25/.50:

*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to spiveydinho [Ts Ah]
KAZAG folds
ZorroMP folds
Goldfish_Deluxe folds
galaktiko has 15 seconds left to act
galaktiko folds
nimzo1 calls $0.50
Cam Gallant folds
spiveydinho raises to $2
wleeo folds
otbdave has 15 seconds left to act
otbdave folds
nimzo1 calls $1.50
*** FLOP *** [Ks 5h Jd]
nimzo1 checks
spiveydinho bets $3
nimzo1 calls $3
*** TURN *** [Ks 5h Jd] [3h]
nimzo1 checks
spiveydinho checks
*** RIVER *** [Ks 5h Jd 3h] [Qc]
nimzo1 bets $48.15, and is all in
spiveydinho: SHIP IT
spiveydinho calls $39.90, and is all in
Uncalled bet of $8.25 returned to nimzo1
*** SHOW DOWN ***
nimzo1 shows [Jh Jc] three of a kind, Jacks
spiveydinho shows [Ts Ah] a straight, Ace high
spiveydinho wins the pot ($87.55) with a straight, Ace high

I raise for value from a 6 or a lower flush. Fold a 4 bet.

Well he may have checked the flop with the intention to C/R with a set but when he filled up on the turn he decided to slow play. Thats just my guess.

That's possible. I think it's just as likely that he did the same thing with a 6, or picked up a flush on the turn.

Where I play, that's just as likely as having a FH here.
