Gin Rummy Books

I've just bought a book called Power Gin Rummy by Les Modnar via Amazon. When it arrived I thought the text looked familiar so I checked and it's virtually identical (not the cover) to How to Win at Gin Rummy by Pramod Shankar. Does anybody know what's going on?
