Default $400nl: AA facing check raise on turn

I raise AA from co button calls. He has $475 I cover.

flop: 5Q7, 2 diamonds.

I bet, he calls.

Turn 4.

I bet he min raises. no reads on him, I decide to call.

river: 3

I check. He bets $100

Fold.

You have ace of diamonds?

Readless I might consider folding the turn...looks like set city, especially with the donkified "I have a monster, I'll minrase his bet" play that he carried on.

The turn minraise could be a set or that he hit the straight draw with 68 or has a diamond draw and is trying to rep the straight. Is this opponent capable of repping hands he doesn't have? He is either value betting or bluffing. Decide which based on previous hands he has played.

Also, can you put the bet sizes and pot size in for each street? If you are making big bets at the pot showing nothing but strength, then a bluff is less likely. Most of the time I save bluffs for when a person could be weak or when the board gets scary.

this isn't true by any means... I might call the turn (probably not though) but I definitely fold the river.
