Business growing quickly( nothing to do with poker or web...multy faceted printing contracting and landscaping company( each a sperate entity)) looking to automate, everything done by hand currently...what do you recommend?

Hmmm... for accounting Quickbooks and PeachTree are pretty mainstream. For project management, all I know of is Microsoft Project, but it's a massive piece of software. I'm sure there is a web-based solution that would fit your needs, I just don't know what it is.
