tough spot. given that he's tag and no other reads and that you are over 100BB deep...i would do the same.

i'd put him on a set. can't see him having two pair unless its 56 or 45 given his image. i doubt he has flush either for same reason.

With no other reads this is a pretty easy river call. You have the best hand at least the required 1 in 4 times.
