Default Focus Factor/Focus Smart

While at CostCo a couple of months ago, they were giving away samples of "Focus Smart" the CostCo brand of "Focus Factor". I figured what could it hurt to try for free, so I took some samples.

I took them the following day and to my amazment it really seemed to help. Now to be fair, I also dirnk 2-4 cups of tea through the day and that does stuff too. Also, I have been working very hard on dicipline in my play.

Well, on the next pass through CostCo, I checked the price: $10. Sold.

Well, I've been using it for almost 2 months now and I do seem to have better results, mostly from better laydowns when I'm beat. On days I forget them, I don't seem to do as well, mostly from bad calls.

I do not think this is any kind of quick fix, just one item added to the mix that seems to actually fine tune my thoughts and I decided to share it.

The past few weeks I've been eating bran flakes for brakfast and I do seem to have better results, mostly from missing a few hands every couple of orbits

I think it's mostly acetylcholine precursors, which definitely work to improve short term memory.
