All you have to ask yourself is which one of those executes programs. The answer to that cannot be wrong, no matter if the other options are partially right in some way.

I don't see how B and C aren't both completely right. For that matter D could be completely right, but isn't really what the question seems to be asking.

B is less right because it only handles programs and data, it can't 'deal with' them because it's in denial over the sexual inuendo of it's TLA.
D is less right for the same reasons as B, only slower. C is obviously correct for the meta reason that it is the only three letter acronym that wasn't spelled out. |

I didn't expect responses to this post I just thought it was a funny question to ask a bunch a MDs on the biggest test of their lives. Results I put C I always put C |
