...except that a question like this would get flamed there.

OP,

just as with anything in poker ever, it depends on you, you and your table. i will say that the field is generally pretty weak and you can play profitably with most styles. just play the way you know how to play, and dont play scared money. theres really not much else that can possibly be said about a general strategy beyond anything regarding basic mtt play.

Fair point, bit of a catch 22.

Ask in High Stakes, get laughed at by people who know.

Ask here, get genuine effort from people who don't know.

thats a tough way to go out keyberg, but not bad for 1st time playing it. did you buy directly in or qualify through satellite. Same kind of thing happened to me in my only sunday million tourney, got back 700 off a 24 satellite. Just cant seem to qualify anymore for it, always finish on bubble for it. I got busted with KK against A4 battle of blinds, he thought i was bluffing from the sb and the A hit on the river.

I like the way you played this. You pushed with the best hand and you got called by ATs, horrible call by that player. He was putting half his stack at risk, possibily up against a dominate hand.

Had he been making calls previously from re-raises? Were you concerned about Billybob6668's flat call of the BB?

Congrats on your cash, I've played three sundays and made $0 so far....
