Default Preflop overbet

Most of the time I see a preflop overbet, its a monster, or complete BS. However, today I saw a very solid player in a live 2/2 game do it and I beleive there had to be value.

The game is no flop/no drop and it was the 1st hand. Villian was on the button.

3 players limped for $2 and he raised to $32 from the button.

He ain't talking and the only thing I can think of is the $10 SnG PF allin play with AA on the 1st hand.

Yes I would assume he has a big pair. If he's got BS he is very likely to show the hand when everyone folds for cheap advertising, and then he'll procede to sit there and nut peddle for 8 hours.
