That board is super scary, I'd either c/r the flop a ton or if you are going to lead bet way more on the flop and then it's a super easy shove when he raises.

PF is pretty meh.

Do you really put villain on AK here?
Also I tend to fold 70% of the time PF, but it really costed me 60 to see a 240 pot with a hand that I did not dislike.

Fold preflop.
If you lead the flop bet more and bet/3bet.
As played I think you might need to c/f turn.

3 bet all in on the flop. you are way ahead of his range and it is good to get them in before a scare card comes on the turn that may make villian shutdown.

Youre playing a position hand from first to act, this is why youre having so many problems. What exactly do you put villain on, you said in another post you dont give him credit for AK, so what does he have? Is he really going pedal to the metal with TPTK on this board, possibly, but could also be a set that he was building a nice pot with on a scary flop. Could be AK, KK, AQ. I think youre behind too often and i think calling OOP is what put you in a position to get stacked when behind and pick up smaller pots when ahead.

Also, even when youre (luckily) ahead and get a call, he has at least 7-10 outs (4 to gutshot, +3 if open ended with a K, 2 to Q, 1 to T.

As played, i really dont know if its worth just shoving and praying on flop, i definitely dont like the turn committing call. Great example of why all the better players put so much importance on position.

Bet more on the flop, something like 175, and shove over his raise. No reason to give him a turn card against your made straight.

Biggest mistake is calling preflop imo.
