Default Couple problems, please help!

Apparently somehow I am no longer the administrator of my computer. I can't run task manager because the Admin has turned it off and when I try and run the windows firewall it won't let me because the Admin has chosen to run their own. I apparently got a virus (I'm thinking it came from a link in the oot here) because I now get porn pop-ups every 2 seconds. I have run AVG and Housecall virus scanners and deleted the files it shows, yet after a few hours my system goes nuts again

please please please help!

I would reformat the whole thing. If somebody had admin control of my machine, I wouldn't trust anything but a complete reinstall.

Backup your data, burn the bridges, and salt the earth.
