I've played limit for about 5 years, then gave it up shortly after the internet gambling bill passed. When I started back up a month ago, I found the limit games have pretty much dried up or turned into rock gardens. So I'm going into NL now where the games appear to be much better.

Anyway, here's a recent hand I was lost on.

Make it $1 on pre-flop. As played the rest is fine.

The min raises have a wide range since some people just click raise without adjusting the amount simply because they don't think anything of bet sizing. But it still skews their range toward weakness. raise for value; they'll call. Postflop is good.

If the board we're drier, I'd suggest stealing it on the flop, or calling the flop and raising if PFRer shows weakness on the turn as well.

Definitely RR PF. Buys the button and either takes the pot there or sets you up for a c-bet heads up. Postflop looks good, had to value bet river. I'm still learning NL, but these are my opinions [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
