Default FTP locks another account without any warning or explanation

My FTP account was locked because of moderator kyleb, who scammed full tilt, and I traded with him, he transferred me money, so they locked my limitninja account because of that.
since I didn't have any money in it thats fine, I didnt care, my wife had an account on there with rakeback, we never logged in from the same computer the addresses are different, so there is no way they could of linked the accounts.
Now I tried to log in into her account few days ago and it is locked, 2 days worth of emails to this god damn site and no response.

it's still the same IP address if you're in the same house...

dlkeeper, we moved recently, and I reformatted my computer so the ip addresses are different, and either way I have rotating IP address, so I can change it whenever I want to.

U'll have the same MAC address unless you also changed your network card.
