Sleep not poker related

Why can I be so bored at 4pm that I can't wait for bedtime...and when it comes I stay up later and later, despite feeling exhausted? There is just so much to do when I'm supposed to be going to sleep- who has time for that?

Are you depressed? I know when I was I just wanted to sleep, but couldn't because when I tried my mind would race with the probs I had and the stuff I needed to get done.
