Call. You are way ahead of CO's range. There are more combinations of trip fours, one pair, overcards and draws than there are FH or 78. The tame flop and turn overbet deemphasize the FH and 78 even further.

You're probably looking at a vulnerable good hand like A4 or A6.

MP has only $1.20 eft anyway so no concern with him.

Don't go broke in a limped pot. You are not holding the nutz!

You might can call due to other's bad play and all the stuff that Warren mentioned, but this is a limped pot.
