B&M Card Room Listings

Does anyone know of a truly comprehensive listing of B&M card rooms in the U.S. or in Europe? I’m also interested in local websites that have a sort of card room yellow pages with possible reviews and pictures that are more up to date and more in tune with the pulse of their respective local poker scenes.

I’ll be working on a summer project shortly and this information would be of great help.
