Software for tracking daily poker results?

Can anyone let me know the software they use to track their daily poker progress?

Not online games, but casino & home games.

But, was wondering if there was any software like they have for the online players. Cool graphs and other bits of information displayed in a nice professional way.

Yes, it's called Excel.

Go snag an Excel book at your local bookstore. You can easily do every one of the things you mentioned with Excel.
