The CO probably has something good, but you have 15 outs if he has two pair/set. I push here and rebuy for the max as the cards are coming out just in case.

I like push here, you have loads of outs and are probably facing two pair or set, so assuming you got full 15 outs this is ev+ as your actually about 57% to improve although in this hand fold equity zero lol.
