Default VPIP/PFR vs. Hand Ranges

Does anyone know of a reference table which aligns VPIP % with the hand ranges they typically represent? For example, 5% means a player is playing (TT+, AQ+), 5% means (???), 10% means (???), etc. I know these hand ranges are not absolute, but having a table like this would be handy. Thanks!

Google Pokerstove, that'll give 'em to you.

Pokerstove, while a very excellent tool to calculate equity based on, is very poor at assigning hand ranges based on percentages.

For example:
A top 57% hand range in Pokerstove does not include the hands 54s or 22. Can you imagine someone playing 54/x/x not having those hands in their range? For that matter, even someone with half that VPIP would be playing those hands and likely raising them if limped to.

Not sure how Pokerstove assigns hand rankings but it's likely based on some sort of all-in equity calculation which is unrealistic.
