Default X-Post from HU forums, 100NL HU

Opp here is weird, sorta passive-aggressive and my image is bluffy, I barfed at this river but what do I do?
I took the flop+turn line because of history. He was prone to 2barrel so I knew he'd bet a worse hand and air on the turn and might call to check me up when I c/r. Is my C/R too small?

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 2 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

Hero (BB): $157.50
SB: $135.70

Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB raises to $3.00</font>, Hero calls $2.00

Flop: ($6) 5 T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">SB bets $6.00</font>, Hero calls $6.00

Turn: ($18) 8 (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">SB bets $18.00</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $45.00</font>, SB calls $27.00

River: ($108) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)

Favor of shove (or maybe a vbet) - ? I dont think he'll fold Q9-QJ
Favor of C/C - ? He might bluff with the busted clubs
Favor of C/F - ? Too weak I guess he doesn't even have a PSB left

If you thought he'd call a turn c/r very light just to see if you're full of it, that would make me lean towards check/call the river (as opposed to just confirming you have top pair with a river lead).

Be warned I play very little HU and don't have a feel for this game.

FWIW here's an earlier hand that sorta made me take this line with a TPGK hand this time, in conjuntion with my terrible bluffy image that is

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 2 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

Hero (BB): $115.50
SB: $182.30

Preflop: Hero is dealt 6 6 (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB raises to $3.00</font>, Hero calls $2.00

Flop: ($6) J 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3 (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">SB bets $6.00</font>, Hero calls $6.00

Turn: ($18) 3 (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">SB bets $18.00</font>, Hero calls $18.00

River: ($54) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, SB checks

Pot Size: $54.00 ($0.50 Rake)

SB had 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ([6s 9s] two pair, Jacks and Threes) and LOST (-$27.00)
Hero had 6 6 (two pair, Jacks and Sixes) and WON (+$26.50)

Yah Im sure he calls my turn C/R with like any pair except maybe bottom pair. So Qx, Tx, 99,JJ, Clubs, and maybe some overs + draws like AK,AJ. Im pretty sure he won't turn Qx,or the other pairs into a bluff here but will most likely call a bet, but he is very likely to bluff any busted flushdraw and maybe the missed overs.

Can C/C and shove be equally good here?
