its played fine, too bad no one had a hand.

ya need to worry about maximising value from his average/decent hands, not from total crap. the only way you're gonna get money in the pot is by betting, ya cant just hope hes gonna do the betting for you.

well its def not bad to lead here. but the board is so dry, theres nothing but GS's there, so i dont hate a check, just against your average 2nl guy i'd prolly rather just lead out and have him call 3 streets w/ his Ax

You can't extract without betting ... an ace will pay you of, and if noone has an ace, there isn't much you can do.

consider raising to 16-18 preflop. once they limp they are likely to call the raise be it 12 or 16 cents.
