Default bubble plays

i was the bubble boy today at a b/m limit tournament. i realized that my bubble play needs a lot of work because i was playing way too tight during the bubble. everybody except for the big stack was playing super tight as well. i just couldn't bring myself to get aggressive and take advantage of the tightness of the table. i guess i got too scared and was playing to limp into the money. is there anything that 2 +2ers do to get over the fear of being the bubble boy? i've often read that pro's get super-agro during the bubble period but i've never been able to get into that mindset. any advice?

Default Re: bubble plays

there is no shame in bubbling; barely cashing and winning 2 buy-ins or whatever is stupid and not much better than getting nothing; play to win, that's where the money is
