Default ePassporte reload

I recently opened an account with ePassporte and verified it with both a credit card and a bank account. A few days ago I tried to load it using my bank account ($100). My bank posted the completed transaction within 3 days of my load request (shows completed Not pending) however ePassporte has still not posted the funds to my account. When I contacted them via e-mail, they replied stating that it can take up to 7 business days for the transaction to post. Do you think that ePassporte already has my money but is holding out till the 7th day on purpose for their own financial gain?

It is likely. I have found that banks, phone companies...ect. all do this.

Yeah, they hold it for their own gains. They won't admit it and told me it takes that long to clear the bank once when I was wondering why it was not in my account. I told them my bank can confirm it was cleared days ago....but oh well seems to me they wait till 5:45-6pm on 7th day to give you it

What do they possibly have to gain by holding your money?
