I played my KK the worst ever.... 1/2NL what line to take - scary flop

I have to admit that I played it very bad. When the flop comes like this I basicly freeze thinking that my op will have 2 pair most of the time or some small pp.

The only hands which can call 2 barrels are
KQ AQ K10 KJ but I believe if I bet with KK most of these hands will be reraising me and making moves on that flop and for KK it will be very hard to stand pressure on that scary board.

So what should I do in the spots like this?

id probably actually be happy to get my money in on the flop. there is stuff you are ahead of and unless he flopped a straight with AK K9 or 9T you have 10 or more outs when behind.

as played i would either bet a little over 1/2 pot on the river or i would check and call most bets.
