4/180 - Resteal turned into go and go

villain was 31.4/0.4/1.7 over 35, and had been open raising a lot from late and middle positions.

I had been playing very tight and somewhat aggressive.

I normally fold preflop with ATs but thought I could make him fold given his tendency to steal. He'd already been reraised in a similar situation and folded quickly.

Once he calls I now believe he has a good hand.

On the flop given I have a draw to the nut flush and there are no scare cards I move AI believing its +eV with folding equity.

Thoughts?

I like just to call preflop. I think it is bad to reraise with a short limper behind. Flop is fine

This looks like a limp punish,great raise here,but you need to repop to at least 1400.
As played good flop push.

by stats != description do you mean you want a description of what the numbers mean?
If so then 31.4 = VPIP /0.4 = pref flop agg /1.7 = post flop agg 35 = hands villain has played

I mean your description doesnt fit the stats.He cant raise that much with pf aggro 0.4.
Also its common to only give VPIP/PFR/post flop agg and not pf aggro

Sorry, been a few years since I last wrote code, I'd forgotten!

I haven't bothered revisiting the hands but he was only raising on the button/CO, which is probably why the stats don't match the description.
