So I'm flying to Vegas yesterday and there's this guy next to me (I'm window, he's aisle, nobody in the middle) who decides to start chatting it up. He loves meeting new people and learning what they're all about.

Dude: So what are you gonna do in Vegas, gamble?
Me: Well, I'm just gonna play poker.
Dude: Ah, so you are a gambler!
Me: I guess you could say that.
Dude: If you're feeling lucky, play the bigbucks lotto. 11 million!
Me: wow.
Dude: Guy I know lost $200,000 in one year playing slots. Crazy, man.
Me: Yeah. Yeah, I just play poker.
Dude: So what, do you like play single deck?
Me: Um... yeah it's poker so there's one deck.
Dude: Do you count cards?
Me: Uh... well it's poker... so... no.
Dude: You should count cards, man. [taps his head] Keep it all in here. The casinos can't stop you! It's not illegal if you keep it in your head man. One time I went in to play single deck, counted cards, and won 300 dollars man.
Me: [defeated] OK. Thanks for the tip.

Then I put on my iPod so he would stop talking.
