ive already pumped alot of cash into the trip which i lose not going..i sux more not going because its a savage place. having 13887 posts, i bet that a trip to the kitchen is probably a semi holiday for you

that sucks...i was in a similar situation my senior year of college. i had spring break plans to go to cancun where I had already paid for my flight/resort, but I was failing a class, so I was forced to stay back and catch up. Finished with a D, but had I gone, I might not have graduated. It really sucked, but it was definitely the right decision. These things happen. I'm sure you'll get to go in the near future
