Default $6.50 bubble A3

should i push this? i have pushed about 3 times with decent hands but it was all SB to BB so he will probably be calling lighter. this is my last chance at fold equity and have a decent chance of getting everybody to fold. Keep in mind BB's stack is identical to mine.

Well, as always it all depends on ranges. If BB calls 23% and other two 16% it's about neutral.

I'd fold here, someone should be putting the BB allin this hand and he will hit the blinds before you in every round to come.

I don't think there is anyway they are calling that wide, especially the SB, but it is a 6.50 & OP knows the ranges better than we do.

if the chip leader and small blind have walked the BB at all, i push the A3, because i would hate to post it next hand. i really dont like getting below 5bb. even if i thought the button chip leader was a decent player, likely to push ( he should with many hands), its still a tough laydown. and i probably still push just because of my lack of chips. only if the button has shown a propensity for calling shortstacks with marginal hands, do i fold here.
i could be too tight and this could be auto push though.
you cant afford the BB to get walked or to post the big blind next hand.

another reason i pushed is because if i can win the blinds and antes here, i'll have 2400 chips, 3rd place compared to 4th place's 1200. this would allow me to wait around for a better spot a bit longer+ waiting for him to bust.

Yeah except the problem is in the 6.50s you can't count on that. You'll see 6k stacks fold the SB to a 1K stack with 400 blinds. (and no it's not to keep the bubble alive, it's because they suck). A lot of villians call too tight, then snap and spite call.

Anyway if you've only shoved 3 times I think you're ok here. Shove.

If you think their ranges r the least bit tight push it here and put urself in comfortable position to make the money. And it is hard to fold b/c i cant tell you how many times ive been in this situation and watched the button fail to put the BB all in.
