Default FPP/VPP Calculator

I put together this very simple spreadsheet from information I found searching through old posts. Basically it is a calculator that you input # of hours, multitable ratio, average hands per table hour, and Stars VIP level, and it tells you how many VPPs and FPPs you should earn over that period.

There isn't a whole lot to it, but it should be a quick and useful tool for answering those questions such as:

"How many hours will it take me to clear XYZ bonus at Platinum", or "How many hours do I need to play to maintain my Supernova this month"

Any Feedback on the VPP/hand by level would be helpful. I couldn't find much informaion on NL25 and smaller tables, and not really that much on the NL600+ tables, so if you have numbers that are materially different from the average that I have listed, please let me know so that I can make adjustments in the master spreadsheet if necessary.

Disclaimer: I understand that it doesn't take into account changes in VIP level during a stretch of hands, I am not sure that is really necessary, but I am going to work on it some anyway.

You can find the FPP/VPP Full Ring Calculator Here

All I know is that 12-tabling NL25 gets me 100VPP/hr over 5k hands.

is there seriously that little of a difference between 200nl and 100nl? that would mean that the "rakeback" percentage for 100nl must be insanely high

Wait.

I can tell you that at least 100nl on that chart is not accurate. It should be much less.

I typically get about .39vpp/hand. That chart has 100NL at .45vpp/hand. I wish!

Are you down that much from May?

Here is the thread that I always go back to that I estimated my numbers from.

Pokerstars: VPP per hand

Yeah. Was that post in May?

During the month of the promotion, it actually dropped to .36/hand. It's back up to .39 now, and I'm being pretty good with my table selection.

I'm not faulting you, of course. I know a lot of these figures were higher at the beginning of the year when the big thread ran in the internet bonus forum.

But I'm happy with .39.

Rake does indeed suck at 100NL. Yes, Renton, it is right about at 2BB/100 if not slightly higher. What is it at your stakes?

Somebody had actually started a new "fpp thread" about a month ago but it didn't gain very much momentum because a lot of the poster were like "duh, we just did this"
