Winrate with high rake

I've read that a good winrate could be like 5-10 PTBB/100.
However, with the rake in some micro games being high, for instance a cap of $1,5 at NL10 and NL15, that is a full 5% rake for every pot less than $30, how high a winrate could you strive for?
