Default 2 or 3 barrel bluff? Good board, but maybe bad opponent.

I felt like this was a good board for at least the second barrel (please correct me if I'm wrong). What about a third?

My opponent is 31/12, although i can't recall any hands that I've played with the person previously. A bit of a station PF, I guess. does that make it a nono here?

No reads so check behind here. The only hand you beat is a missed FD. He may have a J but I wont try and fold that

I think a c-bet on flop is standard. I check behind on turn though. Dont beat anything really.

I like the turn bet since it might fold out a J. Or if he's bad, he'll call again with a FD or lower pair.

Once we get to the river, if you're betting, it's for value. I'd check behind and expect to see an A often.

I like all 3 streets. The river check is good because you have some showdown value. If you had a missed flushdraw here I'd be betting 52 on this river a lot of the time.
