Default Okay, I cold-called. Now what?

WSEX $100 NL. Effective stacks $100.

Unknown raises to $4 in MP, I call with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] on the button. Everyone else folds.

Flop: 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($7.5)

Villain bets $4, I raise to $14, Villain raises to $24, I call.

Turn: 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($54)

Villain checks...

Questions:

1. Do you ever bet the turn here?
2. Let's say you check behind and the river is a brick. Do you bet the river if villain checks?
3. Let's say you check behind, the river is a brick and the villain makes a weak lead for less than 1/2 the pot. Do you ever shove as a bluff?

I shove this flop like always but I'm a spewbox so who knows. As played I think you can shove the turn. He probably has something goofy like T9, a draw, or air and would probably lay it down here.

i'd usually push flop since that seems to be a bluff line from unknowns, giving you lots of FE.

I would check this turn. I just have no friggin clue where you're at. You're not way ahead, that's for sure. Also, his reraise to 24 on the flop tells me he wants you to stay and put your money in.

Don't know if a Q or J rivers, that you'll even be ahead. If it does, I would still call if he bets out river.
