I figure in hand one I am against two pair, 2s or Aces with a small chance he is on a low draw.

Hand two, no real action, and i have a good shot at low with an outside chance of scooping

Hand 1 is an easy fold on third street. You are in a low ante game and this hand is not very good. Maybe if you weren't playing against the ace, but generally you have no idea where you stand. Muck this on third.

Hand 2 looks fine. No one has shown any real strength so you may as well try to pick up the pot.

what scaqs said + why are you raising on 6th in hand one? if you miss your draw, you lose an additional bet. if you do make it, you'll probably get to raise on the river anyway. Semibluffs generally don't get the player to fold in limit, especially 8/b.
