Default 20 SNG-AQ-Any on worry about AK?

Situation: EP PFR, you have AQ-Ace hits board, PFR never
slows down. Natual to think PFR has AK, absent any reads
can anyone get away from this, how, in what situations?

This is why you should fold pf readless. You shouldn't get away from it once you call pf. Flop call is good. Just shove the turn so you make sure you get complete value from AJ,AT, or any other worse hands because you can't fold the river as it is if you call the turn.

youre folding aq getting 5:1? thats tight.
As played I probably bet out, in a multiway pot youre probably only going to get raised by AK.

I agree with gator, no need to get involved PF, other than that once you hit the A you are going to have to try and get all your chips in on a rainbow board like that.
