What exactly can you get with Party Points

I know a while back I saw a few small tourneys you could play and just 4-5 shirts/hats/etc you could get. Is there anything new or worth while you can do with these points?

The new Party Store should open soon. What I've heard and read here there will be a lot of new stuff like iPods, TVs, books etc..
