I would usually b/f but I don't like it if he calls. :/

Checking for pot control seems good but you're OOP, it screams weakness and so many river cards are bad for your hand.

bet fold 100? lots of draws out, you'll find out if he is slowplaying something and doubt he fires a blank river even if checked too.

if he's generally passive a check is probably safer.

I bet ~100. Make a drawing hand make a mistake and you also have FE against hands like 88-TT.
