Default Tough Live 5/10NL Hand

Okay im sittin in a live 5/10nl game w/ $1500 max buyin. I start the hand w/ about $1350; heres the action. Early pos. limps, middle pos, button, and sb limp. Im in the BB w/ 66 and decide to give them a free flop. 367 rainbow... it gets checked around to the button who fires out $40 very quickly into the pot, sb calls, and i checkraise to $140 Total. Gets folded back to the button who thinks for a good while and decides to reraise to $340 total, sb folds. I have not sat long at the table but the button seems to be a good solid player who has a lil under $5k in chips so hes doing pretty well. Anyways i opt to flat call here and the turn is a Queen. I check and he fires out $400... i have roughly $1000 behind and its on me... whats the best move here?!?!?!

push. i can't lay down a set giving him credit for 45, and i think he raises any pair pre-flop from the button. Probably has AQ or KQ thinking he's best here.

Bet out $50 on flop and evaluate from there. There was no raise preflop so you can't expect a bet and you don't want to give a free card. If you do get a checkraise like you did, and don't pick up the pot right away, then you are playing a big pot early in the hand out of position and don't know where you are at.
