Default Why am I not performing well at 25NL?

So, I'm doing fine at NL10, playing at 5BB/100 through 12,000 hands. I am trying to move up to NL25 and have been for a while and things are just not going well. After 1200 hands I am losing 3.33bb/100 with identical stats. I am playing 21/13/2.18. The main differences in my stats are that im playing a 40 VPIP from the small blind as opposed to a 31 VPIP in NL10, and my flop aggression is at 7.6 in NL25, as opposed to 5.32 in NL10. Do I need to adjust or am I just not being patient with my sample size?
