Default Check-raise semibluff turn against TAG, bluff river?

The opponent is a 24/18 TAG.
Agression postflop: 2,5
WTSD:37%

This is not my standard line postflop, but
I may do it once in a while if the opponent dont go to
showdown very much. What can I do in the river
once he calls my turn checkraise? Bluff or
give up?
