Default Playing a set on a flop of all the same suit

I really struggle with this. I feel that if I play cautiously I end up allowing somebody to draw out on me and if I play it aggressively I end up coming up against somebody that flops it. When I put out an information bet if somebody plays back at me I don't know where I stand and I end up making a mistake whether that be raising or folding. I am starting to just treat the flop as if I am on a "full house draw" seeing if I can draw to the board pairing if I have the right pot odds but I feel this is probably not the right play. I realise every one of these situations would be a unique hand that each of which should be played differently depending on various factors such as position, how aggressive the players are etc, but does anybody have a general idea of what to do? I have only been playing for around six months and would appreciate any advice.

Come on this is lazy. Explain to him WHY its ok to go all in here. And do you mean by building the pot over all the streets or just overbetting/shoving the flop?

I myself understand what I would do and why, but I'd like you guys to back up your answers with some logic and reasoning, is that fair?

you cannot allow a cheap draw here. At least bet the size of the flop and see what happens.

i usually need reads or a lot of multiway action to fold sets to suited flops, and play them aggressively because people love to draw to their ace high flush many times

So I should bet the flop and if I face a tonne of raises if it's for 100bbs I should push otherwise fold..? Why 100bbs is that because the odds of me filling up mean even if I miss a few times I'll still statistically make money from it in the long run if I'm always getting that value..? I don't really get you.
