<font color="red">UTG raises to $0.85</font>, Hero calls $0.85, CO folds, BTN calls $0.85, SB folds, BB calls $0.60

Flop: ($3.50) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 Players)
BB checks, UTG checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $2.55</font>, 2 folds, UTG calls $2.55

Turn: ($8.60) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)

Villain seems TAGish. What's our plan on the turn.

In retrospect I should have probably potted out flop.

Yea, bet a little more on flop. Pot size or close to it. I call the turn and hope the board pairs. If the river blanks and he fires again let it go obv.

This is the line I took at the time, i was almost inclined to call the river since villains line was so bizarre

You're paying $6.85 to get $30.15 if you stack him. In other words, you're getting about 4.5:1 on your money.

You have ten outs, so it's 36:10 or 3.6:1 to make your hand. I think it's pretty reasonable to assume that you'll be able stack him if he does have a flush; villains at this level just can't get away from flushes. Definitely call.
