You're oop, have no reads and this flop is somewhat dry - i'd let this one go and not feel too bad about it. But i would have bet more to begin with.

This is often just a player who thinks you have air and wants to pick up your cbet. A9 is also possible, as are small pocket pair that didn't hit a set. However, with no reads I think your best option is to just let it go and keep a mental note- especially since your OOP.
