1500 6-handed event 12..

We just made the monies and I am sitting at 80K with blinds 600-1200. I open utg with A9o to 3200. Utg +1 and Utg+2 both call. Folds to BB who shoves for ~13K. He litterally just got moved to my table but he has the "internet" look so I know his range here is monsterous. Utg +1 has about 35K behind. He is an ubernit who will never have a big hand here. Utg+2 looks like he's 12 and from brazil or something. He has been at the table for about 15 minutes and when he got moved there, he said he needs to gamble because his 30K stack wasn;t enough to win him the tournament with 110 left or something. He still had 30K at start of hand. So, do I reshove?

ok...well what about the situation at hand. Also, my table was way to tight to not raise any 2 cards twice an orbit.
