Default C/Raise on 5th?

The raise on 3ed was a misclick.

I should bet 4th right?

As played, I C/R on 5th because I was ahead.

Betting out the rest the way is ok, right?

I think 3rd is fine. The reraise suggests 3 wheel cards
so I would probably call but you could cap here as you
are strong too.

I would definitely bet 4th, but since you didnt you get the
chance to c-r 5th which is good.

I would bet 6th and 7th as they have to have 3 good cards in the
hole to beat you. They probably have 2 good ones from the start
but there is more chance they missed rather than hit on 7th.

Everything Tx said is on the money.

The only reason for checking 4th would be if you know your opponent is loose and agressive, and will assume you paired your 7, thus giving you lots of action later w/ a weak hand. Without that player specific info not betting 4th is like handing your opponent a free small bet.

3s raise is fine, no need to apologize for it.

Bet 4s. Once the pot is this big, quit worrying about deception + just value bet.

The rest is fine.
