How do I record myself playing poker?

I want to make a video of when I jump into into NL 1000 for the first time, hopefully in a month if things keep running good. I am on windows vista.

There are possibly better/cheaper (even free) alternatives.

I downloaded the full version of ZD Soft Screen Recorder 2.5 and I use Windows Movie Maker to edit length.
