Make me some recommendations (pls).
Not the savviest technically, I don't understand half of what I read in the tech forums.
I am running Vista on a laptop I just bought which included a free trial subscription of Norton Internet Security. How does Norton rate? I am also using Spybot and Adaware. What else do I need? What is a Trojan? I'm a tech noob, I admit.

Norton is crap. We've gone over this many times in CTH. It will make your computer run slow and causes compatibility issues. Uninstall Norton.
A trojan is a type of computer program that allows someone to remotely control or monitor your computer.
