Villain is about 30/20/10 over around 100 hands from a previous session. We haven't been tangling yet, but I've been opening a lot of hands from LP when he's in a blind. I never [censored] know what the best line to take is in spots like this. Do I raise? Call? If I call, what am I doing on a turn blank where he bets 1/2 pot again?

I would raise here, if you get reraised I'm done with the hand.

i´d fold. villain has quite a deep stack and that usually means he´s not 100% stupid. 3bet preflop usually means a handrange that has you crushed on the flop. if this is the first time he does this don´t assume he´s playing back at you, he prob has a hand this time.

OK, say we call and the 6:d: comes off, and villain bets 1/2 pot again. Call again? Whats the plan on the river if it's another blank?

Only if he is staying at the table and not playing every hand. And he's not that deep.

To the hand: Hard to say without knowing if he goes to SD a lot and what he seems to think about pairs. His AF is so high, that you can conclude that he won't flat call. So you probably have good FE if he has AK etc. and can take a reraised pot down with a 2nd pair which is a very good result at this point. If he is more like a maniac here and can't kiss a PP goodbye, I'd try to keep the pot small, since his (c- / 2nd barreling-)betting range is certainly far wider than his calling or pushing range.
